Today we are sipping down on paradox pilsner classic pils…. But this is a classic pils that got a dash of some noble hops into it. and wow was the outcome amazing. Truly amazing what a little noble can do to a pils with a kick of hops. Ummm… let’s crush a few more of these.

Yea that was hard. But the beer is good, coming in at a smooth 6.8% Alcohol by volume. The IBU is a beautiful golden cream color with hints of tropical tones. A bright fizzy fruity fun easy going beer. Go get em, it is a keeper. I love it.

Read MoreToday we are in sunny Los Angeles drinking with our friend Ricky on a Saturday, This clever and fun IPA is made by the Stalking Horse Freehouse and brewery. This west coast IPA, is made up of dried orange peel, hibiscus, pine, and grapefruit. Definitely a west coast style ipa because it is very clear and not hazy at all. The smell is WOW. but the taste lacks a little. very high IBU and leaves a bitter after taste. We definitely can not drink several of these before a Saturday morning shift.
