Today we went to John Brown’s BBQ and had some bangin BBQ along side a nice cold LaGunita’s IPA.
Ok, first we will dive into this BBQ, and the kansas city style is amazing, a nice clean dry rub over these ribs, and wow. it falls right off when you bite into it. That secret hot sauce they put on it is amazing.
The beer is not as amazing as the bbq but hit the spot when diving into these ribs and dipping them in this hot bbq sauce.
We are hopping on this beer, why? because it hits all the spots and you can enjoy it everywhere. It is a clean and simple IPA that you can always enjoy and know what you will be getting and for that reason we give it a 2.5 on untappd.com
From Them…
A well-rounded, Highly drinkable India Pale Ale. A bit of Caramel Malt barley provides the richness that mellows out the twang of the hops, including Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and a splash of honorary “C” hop, Simcoe. Best enjoyed from mustache.
