REDROCK BREWING Co. - Simcoe - Indian Pale Ale

This has to be the most popular brewery in Salt Lake city, With three locations in the greater SLC area, Red Rock Brewing Co has a full beer menu, both bottle and draft. They also have a full food menu. The beer is good, however i do not love the vibe of the place. the breweries are more like applebees or fridays. so not really my thing. it is a brand that has over expanded. but it is what is in the glass that counts. and this beer the simcoe IPA is very good. I gave it a 3.75 on untappd so i was definitely happy with it.
