Gun Hill Brewing - Hessian in Paradise - Weisse

Today we take you to The Bronx NY, Where the Yankees play. We are visiting @gunhillbrewing and tasting their Hessian in Paradise, An American Weisse with a hint of lime. The first taste is Wow and not in a good way, This beer was overwhelmingly limey, The Weisse is a beautiful color however the Weisse is overpowered by the sour lime taste. I would have created a sour in a lime flavor and it might have worked better. Overall this is a big pass on my end. They have since discontinued this beer at Gun Hill Brewing and are still producing great beers. I give them great respect for trying out different things, you can't win them all.
