OUTER LIMITS - Ground Control - American Pale Ale

Ground Control to….. umm not Major Tom. I guess we are calling Outer Limits for this brew. Overall we are not a big fan, this is a hop-off beer Unfortunately, We did not love the brew 😢, and trust us… we want to love every beer. This beer had a skunk feel to it. maybe it was spoiled, or maybe we just didn’t dig it. We will be back to visit it again and try some other brews from them, we did love the look of the can and the brewery itself was also amazing.From Them…Our Pale Ale pays homage to one of the greats; the cascade hop. Simple grain bill with a clean and crisp fermenting west coast ale yeast. We use whole cone leaf in our hop percolator for an added layer of complexity.
