BEWILDER BREWING CO. - Fresh Sesh IPA

We out here in Salt Lake City Utah to shred some pow and pound some brews, our first stop is Bewilder Brewing Co, out of Salt Lake City Utah, and we scored with our first stop for sure. We picked up the Fresh Sesh IPA which is a smooth easy drinking IPA. This clear, yet crisp brew is definitely worth while to pop in for. they have a great outdoor patio as well.

PS. I loved the music selection in the brewery.

While a true American IPA by definition starts at 5.5%, we here in Utah have embraced the idea of “session” IPAs for their drinkability and availability on tap per Utah law requiring draft beer be under 5% ABV. Mosaic, Citra, and Galaxy hops provide the dominant hop profile of the beer with a pleasantly grapefruit citrus character and just the right amount of bitterness to make this a truly sessionable beer.
