CROSROAD BREWING CO. - New Normal Unfiltered IPA

Sometimes you just need to end up at the crossroads… Crossroads Brewing Co. [@crossroadsbrewingco] That is… Straight out of Catskill NY. This is a great beer, I love the fact that they give the hop info, because I really do enjoy a good el dorado hop. The beer is a smooth yet subtle cream feeling when drinking it. it comes in at a 6.2% ABV which fits perfectly for this unfiltered Northeastern style IPA. The IBU is a 70 but to me feels a lot less bitter, I would say something around a 45-50 range for the bitter scale.

Overall it is a very pleasant beer to drink, you taste the hops and enjoy the beer, it is light enough that you don’t get drunk, making it very enjoyable all day long.
