STABURAGS by Lacplesis - IPAsais

Today we are exploring a European take on an Indian Pale Ale beer by Staburags @lalacplesisalus.

I like that these European brewers are changing the way they have been doing beer after thousands of years, however they still can not break old habits and flavors. The IPAsais still tastes like so sort of Lager / pilsner blend with some flavors of nature put inside. it just losses the hoppy and hazy roots and replaced with more simple and classic beer making tools. Overall not a Fan of this beer for an IPA, if this was just a sessions pilsner I would give it a much better review.
