Half Acre Brewing @halfacrebeer company out of Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood makes some great beers and today we get to try out Bodem Indian Pale Ale which is a year-round brew from Half Acre Beer. This is a unique earthy, clean, and crisp beer. This is not a hoppy beer but has the flavor pack of an earthy hoppy beer. The color is a beautiful orange sunset and very clear beer being an IPA. The beer produces a nice caramel cream taste as you drink it. The beer is good, I definitely want to try it again because I feel this beer has been on the shelf a little… Guys send me some fresh samples. Guys, I want to know your opinion… Did I get a tapped out beer?
