DUTCHESS ALES - G.B. Pale Ale [formally Ghost Beer]

This Pink 16oz Can from Dutchess Ales [@dutchess_ales] from Wassaic NY definitely pops out at you when you are walking down the beer aisle. The Pastel Pink Can and green pencil drawing of a lady grab your attention right away. You look at it in awe and say, well damn I need to try this.

This is a fun beer with a lot of layers. I dig it because it really gives you a “Farm To Table” feel of drinking beer. This Ghost Beer which is labeled as a Pale Ale comes in with strong floral notes and earthy tones that resemble a nice spunky farmhouse ale or craft Saison beer. It is not strong in hoppiness or alcohol but more with natural aromatic flavors, I feel like I am in a field of wildflowers. Weird but nice. Definitely a beautiful beer and high recommend it.

G.B. (formerly Ghost Beer) is a 'hybrid' pale ale made to suit both our English and West Coast sensibilities.  Brewed with a variety of US and UK malts and hops. Ghost Beer also features a hybrid yeast that allows this bright, zesty pale ale to drink a bit like a refreshing Kölsch.  Feel free to reach out to us for more ingredient details.
