EVIL TWING BREWING - How To Train Your Passion Fruit

We all have one! an Evil Twin @eviltwinbrewingnyc! This is a fun one, a different one, a delicious one, and a one to remember. This is a beer different than anything that I have ever tried out there. These brewmasters from Evil Twin Brewing know how to make some very unique, fun, and colorful beer. Coming from Ridgewood Queens New York, Evil Twin Brewing is fairly new on the scene but they have been coming out with fun beers nonstop and I am excited to finally try one. Of course, I take a dive to the wild side with a sour IPA made with Passion Fruit, Dragon Fruit, Milk Sugar, and Marshmallows (yes, I said marshmallows). I figured i would not like it because I am not a big sour person or a sour person at all, but heck, let me try it out…

So at first, I was really scared to drink a ruby red hazy beer, I thought my stomach would reject it, like it was some super sour over the top candy beer, however at first sip… I kinda liked it, and then I wanted to keep drinking it… and drinking more of it. It hooks you, like have a sour warhead when you were a kid, you just kept wanting to drink it and enjoy it. The beer is very unique because the milk sugar, which gives that marshmallow taste makes it very smooth and a creamy feel as you drink the beer. The Fruits are jammed into this can and give it a beautiful tropical flavor that keeps you wanting more and more.

I am excited to try some of their other creations. They have some very cool stuff, definitely go check their site out and get inspired.

Brewed with milk sugar, dragon fruit, passion fruit, & marshmallow. Notes of heavy passion fruit, lemon, and ripe melon. Tart, refreshing. Medium-bodied. Style -IPA/Sour
