This is a strong but not knocking you to the floor strong, hoppy Indian Pale Ale. The flavors are well blended and can appeal to just about anyone… This is a beer designed for the masses, which is a solid beer to grab and know you are getting something good. The Hops are a nice blend of hoppy floral, earthy pines, and some citrus for a nice tangy kick. I dig the beer as a solid grab and go beer. This is the beer that you can find at a stadium or in a chain restaurant or bar and you know you will be getting something good. The beer is well constructed and I would love to try some other beers from Southern Tier because I know these guys are cooking up some good stuff.
