SINGLECUT BEERSMITH - Jan Alpine - White Lager

I have a lot of LOVE for @singlecutbeer, one they are local NYC brewery, and two, they make awesome beers. Todays beer is Jån Alpine… yes with that special A. This is a white lager with a beautiful body, the scent is very slight compared to the floral earthy flavors in the can. The color of the beer is very unique as well, I was expecting a lighter white lager or something looking like a Witte beer, it looks more like an American Pale Ale with a slight honey orange tone. The flavor is unique and delicious. I definitely recommend to check it out.

THE OLFACTORY IS working overtime, noting the distinct sweet citrus, delicate flowery herbal, and complex citrus spice aromas, and flavors of this lager. Smooth soft light malt, finishes very dry and clean with an orange zest bitterness. Perhaps our ultimate patio brew.
