NIGHTSHIFT BREWING CO. - Village Lager

Checking out Village Lager by @Nightshiftbrewing and it is a nice Zwickelbier Lager, Zwickelbier is a less hoppy and flavorful version of Kellerbier which methods date back to the Middle Ages… This is some old school brewing technique where they siphon the beer out and let it ferment at a cooler temp, cellar beer or Kellerbier…. This produces a nice crisp clean lager beer which I actually enjoyed more because it is not as Lager-y. It has a nice body for a crisp beer, very refreshing.

Nightshift brewing is originating from New Hampshire, they are an independent brewery and produce some cool beers and merchandise.
