Going on a magical journey tonight. drinking some magical clouds American pale ale from ALEwife brewing company out of Sunnyside queens nyc. They are in the process of opening there new brewery and tap room. This 5.1% Alcohol by volume American Pale Ale is a great beer, produced with Nelson and citra hops, it is a very hazy hoppy (but not too hoppy) american pale ale. it feels like you are drinking a double dry hopped ipa, but it is smooth, easy to drink, not bitter, and only have 5.1% ABV so no head pounding the next morning if you drink one too many.

Magical Clouds is a beautifully soft and easy drinking American Pale Ale. We made this beer with two amazing hops: 'Nelson Sauvin' from New Zealand &  'Citra' from the Pacific Northwest. The Nelson hops bring with it a smooth bittering quality of rich, fruity, gooseberry-like white-wine flavors while Citra adds the bite of citrus, grapefruit, and lime. We then added some Lactose to help blend these two opposite hops into a sweeter, milker beer that carries a well-balanced APA, enjoy you will!
