MILLHOUSE BREWING - Oktoberfest German Style Marzen Lager

This is the Season… Welcome to Oktoberfest. And we are ready to enjoy some amazing German-Style Marzen Lagers. Today we are checking out a brewery that is quickly climbing my ranks… Millhouse Brewing [@millhousebrewingco] out of Poughkeepsie NY. This local craft brewery is really making some amazing beers and their Oktoberfest is one of them.

Who doesn’t love a good german style lager, and to be specific? a Märzen lager beer! This one is exceptionally delicious because it has a feeling of a beer with more depth and flavor on the palette however without the hazy hoppy cloudy feeling you get from Pale Ale’s and IPA’s. This Marzen has a great deep copper color and the flavor is a clean lager with slight honey sweetness at the end. Definitely an amazing beer to check out.
